9:00 -10:30 am with Margui
Margui’s classes are based on Svaroopa Style Hatha Yoga.
This is a gentle body-friendly approachable style of Yoga. It emphasizes core opening by releasing spinal tensions. The effects radiate throughout the body resulting in the reduction of muscular tension, increased flexibility and strength while opening the body and mind to deep relaxation. This is a consciousness-oriented yoga that promotes healing and transformation.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early
bring a yoga mat, Mexican blanket and beach towel. Extras available.

Starting October 30, 2017. Class will be held at 9-10am at Palapa A on Mondays and Fridays. Bring a mat/towel, water, free weights and loop bands and $100 pesos. There are extra weights and bands available
for those visiting who need them. Class consists of free weight exercise, resistance band exercises, core strengthening
mixed with cardio. Participants work at their own fitness level. All proceeds from the class are donated to local charities.

which are combined with intervals of cardio and core strengthening. Participants work at their own fitness level.
