 SkyMed Air Evacuation
When an unexpected critical illness or injury occurs, while you are many miles from home, (100 air miles or more) your safest alternative is to be transported home in a medically equipped and staffed air ambulance jet to the care of your personal health care provider, in the USA and Canada. Including coverage in Hawaii, Alaska, Caribbean, Bermuda, Bahamas and Costa Rica.

1. If you live or vacation in Mexico for less than 6 months a year, then the Traditional Basic SkyMed membership is designed for you. It gives you coverage for up to 6 months of the year in Mexico. You must notify SkyMed of the 6 months you want to be covered in Mexico at the time you apply. Does not have to be consecutive and can change if your plans change.  Individual $222.00 Family $444.00 per year.  $60.00 application fee.

2. If you live in Mexico for more than 6 months in any 12 consecutive months a year then you must have the NATO Plan….North American Transport Option …..which gives you coverage for the full year in Mexico so you can come and go as you please.
Individual $522.00 Family $864.00  $60.00 application fee.

New Members 75 and better $780.00   $60.00 application fee.
